When you accept an artisan's quote, the payment is collected via MTN Mobile Money (MoMo) and locked securely by our system code. Defixerhub does not hold your money directly. The artisan cannot access this money until you confirm the work is completed. Only after your confirmation is the payment automatically disbursed by the system directly to the artisan's MoMo account.

All artisans on Defixerhub go through a verification process including ID verification and skills assessment. Additionally, every completed booking earns a rating and review, so you can see an artisan's track record before hiring them.

Absolutely! The app is designed for direct booking and quote negotiation. When you receive an artisan's quote, you can accept it as-is or make a counter-offer at your preferred price. You can negotiate back and forth until both parties mutually agree on a final price.

Artisans can withdraw their earnings at any time, and the transfer is instant. No waiting periods, no batch processing — money goes to the artisan's registered mobile money or bank account immediately.

If the work is not completed to your satisfaction, do not confirm completion. The payment remains locked in the automated escrow system. You can raise a dispute through the app, and our support team will mediate between you and the artisan to reach a fair resolution.
