The artisan cannot access this money until you confirm the job is satisfactorily completed. Only after your confirmation is the payment released instantly to the artisan.

All artisans on Defixerhub go through a verification process including ID verification and skills assessment. Additionally, every completed job earns a rating and review, so you can see an artisan's track record before hiring them.

Absolutely! When you receive an artisan's quote, you have the option to accept it as-is or make a counter-offer at your preferred price. The artisan can then accept your counter-offer or respond with a revised quote. It's a fair negotiation for both sides.

Artisans can withdraw their earnings at any time, and the transfer is instant. No waiting periods, no batch processing — money goes to the artisan's registered mobile money or bank account immediately.

If the work is not completed to your satisfaction, do not confirm completion. The payment remains in escrow. You can raise a dispute through the app, and our support team will mediate between you and the artisan to reach a fair resolution.
