Important: What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Please note that requesting account deletion is a permanent and irreversible action. Once your request is processed, you will lose access to all your account history, ratings, and active projects.

Before you proceed, please understand:
  • Irreversible: Your profile, ratings, history, and records will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
  • Pending Transactions: Any outstanding escrow locks, bookings in progress, or payouts must be resolved first. Deletion will be rejected if there are active disputes or unpaid bookings.
  • Artisan Profiles: Artisans will lose their accumulated ratings, reviews, verified badges, and historical work data. If you rejoin later, you must start from scratch.
  • Legal Data Retention: As per our Privacy Policy and local laws, financial transaction history is kept for 7 years for tax and anti-money laundering compliance.
